SILICA AND VITAMIN C

Vitamin C and silica maintain the health and formation of collagen to support skin health, elasticity, integrity, firmness, repair and regeneration. Collagen is a major structural protein, important for healthy connective tissue to support the strength and integrity of skin, hair, nails, teeth and gums.

Vitamin C also provides antioxidant support to help protect against free radical damage.

BIOTIN

As a member of the B vitamins group, Biotin is known to help strengthen soft, brittle nails and reduce breaking and splitting.

Each tablet contains:

BIOTIN 2.6 mg

SILICA (as colloidal anhydrous silica) 85.56 mg

ZINC (from zinc gluconate) 30 mg

IRON (from ferrous fumarate) 5 mg

VITAMIN C (ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 50 mg

MILK THISTLE (Silybum marianum extract 14.29 mg) equiv. dry fruit (standardised to contain flavanolignans calculated as silybin 11.4 mg) 1 g
