Dose by body weight
- 5-10 lbs: 1.0 mL
- 11-20 lbs: 2.0 mL
- 21-25 lbs: 3.0 mL
- 26-30 lbs: 4.0 mL
- 31-35 lbs: 5.0 mL
- Using dropper, measure appropriate dose based on baby's weight (see chart above).
- Add Baby's DHA to food, breast milk, or infant formula once daily, or as directed by your pediatrician.
- Clean dropper thoroughly between each use, especially if dropper contacts baby's mouth.
- Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator.
Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months of opening.
Warnings
Do not take if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
Consult with your physician before using this product if your baby has a known medical condition, is taking medications (including blood thinners), or is allergic to iodine.
